The first note....

This blog is not just about true love, its also about commitment, dedication and romance. When flirting gets a little too spicy or salty or ... how about tangy? Hey, don't get bogged down, you haven't reached another lame "What is love?" blog.... This isn't anything like that, but ** THINGS MAY STILL GET MUSHY** esp. when Banana splits meet fried marshmallows and when red pepper is sprinkled over hot dark chocolate!!

Well, if you haven't guessed it as yet.. This is a call to all the true food lovers to take your love to the next level.
I solemnly swear to dedicate my entire life to food and let this be the first step towards becoming a food critic.. Now wait.. i think i first should introduce myself... I am a food loving - food dreaming person whose mood, temper, and ambition is decided by the food that shall follow! Where was I all these years.. well I am trying to build a career with the long list of subjects iv dealt with in all these years of schooling till my masters.. Only so that when I am 45 - I can retire and settle in Lucerne, Switzerland and open a small bakery (hopefully not eat everything I intend to sell) and travel around the world and write about the 'street foods' and traditional food in every city.. Reach to the heart of the cultures and know what truly people like to eat and what is the correct way to have it.. what spice distinguishes one dish from the other and what are good accompaniments!! So basically.. discover the people and traditions through the food and not the 'adapted food' meant for tourists!!
Now first quick question -  why lucerne? -  well coz its a beutiful place and I had the best breakfast there.. so i gave my heart to that place..BTW I am totally a breakfast person inspite of the fact that i miss my breakfast everyday to work.. but thats because I feel a cereal or just an apple wont do justice to my love for it...but more details on breakfast later....
coming back to the point - I have grown up loving food and now I thought is the time to express it.. esp since my frnz are troubled by my daily facebook status updates on food ( it makes them hungry!!) I thought lets do this.
FOODICATION, the word was derived on June 16, 2011 from the words food + dedication,, simply meaning 'life long dedication for food'.
From this blog you can expect to know-
